Born in 1959 in Beijing, he graduated from the Oil Painting Department of
the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1982. Now he is associate professor of
the Stage Art Department of the Central Institute of Drama, and also
member of Beijing Oil Painting Art Committee, member of Chinese Oil
Painting Society, and member of Beijing Artists’ Association.
